How we selected these firms
- The firm allows at least five funded accounts at the same time (verified).
- Firms without a published limit are left out.
Why the account limit matters
Many futures traders run several funded accounts with the same trades (copied with a trade copier) to multiply payouts without a larger single account. The firm’s maximum number of simultaneous funded accounts decides how far that goes.
20 of 78 firms (26%) allow five or more funded accounts at once. We have a verified limit for 27 firms in total.

Worked example: 5 copied accounts
Take Alpha Futures 50K Advanced Evaluation Advanced: $209 per evaluation per month, $1,750 drawdown. 5 accounts cost $1,045 per month before activation fees.
If every account copies the same trades, a $900 losing day costs $900 on each, $4,500 in total, and every account is the same distance from its limit. Copying multiplies payouts and losses equally; it does not spread risk.
Rules that come with multiple accounts
Check these before you scale:
- Whether evaluations and funded accounts count toward the same limit.
- Whether trade copiers are allowed between your own accounts (usually yes) and between firms (often no).
- Whether the firm caps total payouts or total allocation across all accounts.
- Hedging rules: opposite positions on two of your accounts are banned at most firms.
FAQ
How many funded accounts can I have at a prop firm?
It differs per firm, from one to twenty or more. The table lists the verified limit for each firm that allows at least five.
Can I copy trades across my funded accounts?
Most futures firms allow copying between your own accounts at the same firm. Copying between firms or from other traders is often banned.
Do evaluations count toward the account limit?
Some firms count only funded accounts; others count all active accounts. The firm’s notes in the table say what we found.
Does running more accounts reduce risk?
No. Copied accounts move together, so a bad day hits all of them at once. More accounts multiply both payouts and losses.
