List prices, promo codes excluded. Cost per account = evaluation fee (two months when billed monthly) + activation fee, taken from the cheapest product at that size. Reset fees, data fees and platform costs are not included.
How this is calculated
- Cost per account is the firm's list price to get one account funded at that size: evaluation (two months when billed monthly) plus the verified activation fee. Firms whose activation fee is unverified are not included, never guessed.
- The total multiplies that cost by the number of accounts. Some firms discount bulk purchases or tie extra accounts to conditions; only the published list price is used.
- The firm limit is the number of accounts the firm says may be active at once; the text next to it is our summary of the firm's own wording (for example funded accounts only, or evaluations unlimited). Firms with a lower limit than your number, and firms without a published limit, are listed separately.
- Copy trading shows the firm's published stance. Copying trades between accounts often has extra conditions that are not in this table.
- The combined payout cap is the published cap per payout times the number of accounts, shown only where a cap is published. It is a ceiling, not an estimate of what you will withdraw.

How much does it cost to run several prop firm accounts at once?
At list prices, the cheapest published way to run 5 futures accounts of $50,000 is The Trading Pit Futures: $495 in total ($99 per account, evaluation plus activation, monthly plans counted as two months). The table above recalculates for any market, size and number of accounts.
How many accounts does a prop firm allow?
Many firms cap the number of funded or active accounts, and the cap is rarely the same as the number of evaluations you can buy. 27 firms in our data publish a limit. Firms without a published limit are listed separately because you cannot assume they allow it.
Can I copy trades between my own prop firm accounts?
Often only in a restricted way. Many firms prohibit copying the same trades across accounts at different firms, or limit how many accounts may trade the same instrument at the same time. The table shows each firm’s published copy-trading status; read the firm’s rules before you buy several accounts.
Is the total payout cap really what I can withdraw?
No. It multiplies the published cap per payout by the number of accounts, as an upper bound for one payout round. Buffers, consistency rules, the profit actually made and how often a firm pays out decide what you receive.
